1. First you go to www.skype.com by click this link or Type on URL box "www.skype.com" then click on Go.
2. After click join Skype button on the top and right of the website.
3. Fill out those information with any data. It is not for use by them. Just for file. But, you need to enter original Email address. You need to confirm it. Also need to remember password to enter account every time.
4. Click on "I agree-Continue" button.
5. Then close this webpage/site.
6. Open Your email and open welcome email from Skype.
7. Click confirmation link inside the email.
8. That is solve. You created your account. Log in at Skype software or www.skype.com with user name (mostly email) and password you created with.
